One to One Practice Development and Professional Practice Mentoring

  • When we leave university or have been practicing for a while one thing we miss are those one to one tutorials which look intensely but objectively at our practice.  We can access life drawing, skills development workshops, talks etc. but it is often difficult to find those in depth critical  (but gentle) analytical conversations that we have with our tutors.

  • Sometimes it is difficult to see the strengths and weaknesses in your own work when you are so closely and often emotionally involved with it.  It can become a little like a dense forest of ideas and a little overwhelming, preventing you from committing to an idea or making work which fulfils your creative potential.

Social Media & Professional Practice

  • Whether you would like to get to grips with social media platforms, or focus on building a website or portfolio, I can offer 1-1 or small group sessions tailored to your requirements and I can design a strategy to suit you with the aim of giving you the confidence to be completely self sufficient as you find your feet, unless you would like regular input.

  • All sessions are completely tailored to your own needs and requirements,  1 hour per session, they can be a one off evaluation or regular ongoing professional practice discussions.

My fees are simple and transparent based on an hourly rate plus a mileage fee of 50p per mile from my studio in the TR14 area of Cornwall, for group facilitation the fee would be by negotiation and dependent on numbers etc.  Please use the form below to enquire further.

Please contact me to arrange a mutually convenient time  for 1-1 Tutorials & Mentoring.
